Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Account Manager to join our team at PT. Global Infotech Solution, a leading technology company in Jakarta. As our Sr. Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in our central Jakarta office.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed their individual and team sales goals

  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform decision-making

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product, to support the overall sales process

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales team members to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential

  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement

What we're looking for

  • The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role brings a wealth of experience from the Cybersecurity solution.

  • You have demonstrated your ability to lead high-performing teams towards achieving ambitious targets.

  • Your strategic thinking allows you to define business KPIs and develop data-driven strategies effectively.

  • You are adept at identifying new opportunities, resolving challenges, and managing resources efficiently especially in Tech industries.

  • Your leadership skills are second to none, and you have a proven track record of inspiring, motivating, and coaching teams.

  • Proven track record of success Cyber Security product sales minimum for 4 years, preferably in Tech and Principal or SI space.

  • Strong relationship of System Integrator, Cyber Security ecosystem, strong relationship with companies and start ups

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to execute on sales objectives.
