Account Support Specialist (Project Management)

About the Assignment:

We are looking for a Account Support Specialist to assist City Partnership Territory team. We believe successful candidate has outstanding communication skill, good project management, and deep understanding of business administration. This role is required because playing important role for the success of Partnership Territory. In return, you will get an opportunity to expand your network and portofolio!

The Core Objectives:

1. Responsible to maintain operational standard in your handled projects in your respective area. (Jakarta Timur, Bekasi, Cikarang, & Karawang)

2. Support to manage cost effectiveness & efficiency, also deliver operational and financial target within designated financial cost

3. Update and discuss every project given on timely manner with internal and external stakeholder

4. Support to record of accomplishment and spending on timely manner

5. Support internal and external stakeholder management, included to visit, field survey & monitoring, presentation, negotiate with respected stakeholder and resolve potential problems together with the team

6. You will highly contribute on special projects and process improvements as directed by the team leader Essential

Experience / Criteria:

1. Experience in partnerships, business development or corporate marketing

2. Excellent in presentation, negotiation skills and people management skills

3. Proficient in Ms. Office is a must (added-value to have knowledge on other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking)

4. Able to make coordinated business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on field condition, data & analytical thinking

5. Proactive, passionate in making a positive impact in growing the business, and have high level of adaptability in fast moving working environment
