Job Description





Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.



Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.



Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.



Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.



Assist with preparing financial reports and budgets.



Maintain filing systems for financial documents (both digital and physical).



Support audits by preparing required documentation.



Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.



Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance/Accounting Manager.



Requirement





Proficient in Mandarin



Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.



Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in accounting is an advantage.



Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or others).



Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills.



Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
