Accouting & Tax Specialist

About the role :

The Accounting & Tax role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and full compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. This position plays a key role in managing financial reporting, bookkeeping, and corporate tax obligations in a timely and compliant manner.

Key Responsibility :

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping records.

• Independently prepare complete financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

• Perform bank reconciliation and sales revenue reconciliation.

• Prepare and control monthly adjusting journal entries.

• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with PSAK and company SOPs.

2. Tax Planning & Complience

• Manage all corporate tax obligations, including VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, and Final Income Tax.

• Prepare and submit monthly tax returns and annual corporate tax returns in a timely manner.

• Handle tax administration such as E-Faktur, E-Bupot, E-Billing, and Coretax systems.

• Ensure full compliance with the latest Indonesian tax regulations.

Required Skill and Competencies :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Management, or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or taxation roles.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and provide accurate solutions based on data analysis.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Brevet A & B certification is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Jurnal or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, E-Faktur, E-Bupot, and DJP reporting systems.
