Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Provide timely, professional, and friendly support by responding to customer inquiries and resolving administrative requests.
Manage customer onboarding, class registrations, schedules, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all information is updated in internal systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless customer experience.
Monitor customer requests and follow up promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and document management with a high level of accuracy.
Ensure all customer communications and administrative processes are completed with strong attention to detail.
Support daily Customer Success operations and assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 1 year of experience in Administration, Customer Service, Customer Success, or a related field is preferred.
Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
