Admin Inventory & Cost Control

Job Purpose :

To manage inventory administration and ensure effective cost control by maintaining accurate data, monitoring expenses, and supporting efficient operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Inventory Administration

• Record daily stock movements (raw materials, spare parts, finished goods).

• Ensure physical stock matches system records (stock card or ERP system).

• Prepare and update monthly stock reports and reconciliation results.

• Coordinate regular stock opname (physical inventory checks) with warehouse and accounting teams.

• Input and update item data and pricing information in the system.

2. Cost Control

• Monitor and record production, purchasing, and operational expenses.

• Compare actual spending with budget (budget vs. actual analysis).

• Prepare variance analysis reports and suggest cost efficiency measures.

• Produce weekly/monthly cost control reports for management review.

• Ensure all material usage and cost allocations follow company SOPs.

3. Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production departments to ensure accurate data flow.

• Verify completeness and accuracy of administrative documents (invoices, delivery orders, GRNs, etc.).

• Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

• Support internal audits and ensure adherence to company financial policies.

General Requirements :

- At least minimum 1 year experience in reputable restaurant or hospitality industry

- Good team work, positive attitude, creative, confident & outgoing personality

- Excellent communication skills & strong attention to detail

- Good command of English spoken & written

- Well groomed is a must

- Able to join immediately
