Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Sheru is recruiting on behalf of a premier Australian luxury car rental company. We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative & Customer Experience Assistant to be the backbone of their operations from Bali office.

In this role, you will ensure a seamless and world-class journey for high-end clientele. You will be the central point for client communication and data management, playing a vital part in maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • First-Class Communication: Masterfully handle all inbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and online chats, providing prompt and professional assistance.

  • Client Relationship Management: Gracefully manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.

  • Data Integrity: Meticulously manage client data by performing accurate data entry, updating CRM profiles (Hubspot), and compiling reports from sales team inputs (e.g., from WhatsApp).

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain and update client journey boards and project trackers (Monday.com) to ensure the entire team has real-time visibility.

  • Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with the Australian-based experience team in weekly meetings to refine processes and enhance the overall customer journey.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.

Bonus Points (Highly Desirable):

Proficiency with platforms such as Hubspot, Monday.com, Kartra, Stripe, Canva, and Google Workspace/Outlook. (Note: We are committed to training the right candidate on these tools.)
