Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities: - Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok. - Identify and define the right target audience based on clinic services, local area demographics, and campaign goals. - Monitor and analyze ad performance in real-time. - Adjust bidding, targeting, and creatives to improve key metrics like CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), and ROI (Return on Investment). - Work closely with content teams to create ad visuals, videos, and compelling copy tailored to each campaign. - Keep up with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective. - Research local competitors' marketing strategies and identify opportunities to differentiate and outperform them. - Focus campaigns on generating leads (appointment inquiries, WhatsApp clicks, etc.). - Work with the team to ensure smooth lead follow-up and conversion tracking. - Provide weekly and monthly performance reports. - Present insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns. - Manage daily, weekly, and monthly advertising budgets. - Ensure cost efficiency while maximizing results. Qualifications and Competencies: 1. Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, business management, communications, or a related field. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in advertiser or a related field, with a proven track record of success. 2. Competencies: - In depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices to maximise audience engagement and reach. - Skilled in campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, bidding, and ad placement strategy - Ability to read and interpret ad metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.) | - Proficiency in marketing automation tools, with experience in creating and executing automated campaigns. - Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance. - Understands target audience behaviour, especially for healthcare consumers in Jakarta - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively. - Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment. - Clinic Utama Previ offers a flexible and supportive work environment and strongly encourages developing your skills and abilities to further your career opportunities.
