Excel Proficiency: Compile, tidy up, and manage depletion data using Excel with a high degree of proficiency. Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the Chief Representative to study depletion data trends, identify issues, and explore opportunities. Purchase Order Coordination: Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager (Off Trade) to gather monthly purchase orders, ensuring they align with forecasts and the company's MMF. Forecast Management: Work with the Trade Marketing Manager (Off Trade) and importers to input accurate forecasts. Order Coordination: Coordinate orders with Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific's Customer Service team in Singapore to ensure timely processing. System Implementation and Maintenance: Begin implementing Salesforce and Aspire systems, ensuring their ongoing maintenance and efficiency. Support for Finance Team: Provide necessary support to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
