Architectural Drafter

What You Will Do:

• Translate intricate design concepts and sketches into precise, detailed CAD drawings.

• Work hand in hand with senior architects and designers to manifest ideas into functional, visually captivating architectural plans.

• Generate meticulous and comprehensive drawings that adhere to industry standards and project prerequisites.

• Review and enhance drawings as required, accommodating design iterations and refinements.

• Uphold impeccable documentation practices, ensuring a well-organized repository of CAD files.

• Collaborate closely with project teams and external collaborators to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in CAD software.

• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.

• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.

• Work with team members and procurement managers to complete duties as needed.

What We Are Looking For

• Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Construction Drafting, Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• English spoken fluently. Keen attention to detail and unwavering precision in drafting. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architecture Drafter or related position.

• Proficient computer skills: Auto Cad, Sketchup 2D and 3D, and basic administration programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.

• Goal-oriented, organized team player.
