Job Description:
- Achieve area targets and monitor the sales team.
- Enhance team skills through training and coaching.
- Plan and manage Business Advisor schedules.
- Evaluate team performance using system data and customer visits.
- Provide strategic support and guidance to the sales team.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Facilitate communication between management and the sales team.
- Monitor and report daily sales team activities.

Requirement :
- Min. Education: S1 (all major)
- Age max 35 years
- Experience, at least 1 year in the same field
- Strong public speaking skills
- Enthusiastic and quick to learn new things
- Possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM-C)
- Strong selling and leadership skill
