Bar Back

Job Purpose :

To support bartenders by maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area, ensuring smooth and efficient bar operations and excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Bar Support & Preparation

• Assist bartenders in preparing the bar for service (restock liquor, mixers, glassware, garnishes, and other supplies).

• Refill ice bins, napkins, straws, and other bar materials as needed throughout the shift.

• Ensure all bar tools and equipment are clean and ready for use.

• Help prepare ingredients such as cutting fruits, refilling syrups, and restocking garnishes.

2. Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.

• Collect and wash used glassware and return it to the bar promptly.

• Remove trash and empty bottles regularly to maintain a tidy work environment.

• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.

3. Operational Support

• Assist bartenders during busy hours to ensure fast and efficient service.

• Help in receiving and organizing beverage deliveries.

• Inform bartenders or supervisors about low stock or equipment issues.

• Support closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and inventory checks.

4. Teamwork & Communication

• Maintain good communication with bartenders, servers, and bar supervisors.

• Work as part of the team to deliver high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

• Follow instructions and company procedures accurately.

General Requirements :

- At least minimum 1 year experience in reputable restaurant or hospitality industry

- Good team work, positive attitude, creative, confident & outgoing personality

- Excellent communication skills & strong attention to detail

- Good command of English spoken & written

- Well groomed is a must

- Able to join immediately
