Bartender

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team at Lulu Bistrot Bali' in Badung, Bali. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our renowned cocktail program.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and serving a wide range of creative cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to our discerning clientele

2. Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area

3. Providing exceptional customer service and engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience

4. Collaborating with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and menu integration

5. Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

6. Assisting with inventory management and stock control

7. Participating in product knowledge training and developing your bartending skills

What we're looking for

1. At least1 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

2. Proficiency in preparing a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails

3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience

4. Excellent knowledge of spirits, mixers, and current industry trends

5. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

6. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers
