Research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities. Plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships, and CSR programs. Promote the company’s existing brands and introduce new products to the market. Build brand awareness and increase brand value and profitability. Ensure that all messaging and marketing activities align with brand identity and company values. Make strategic business decisions to ensure campaigns support the company’s vision and direction. Measure and report campaign performance, assessing KPIs and ROI. Ensure marketing and communication efforts adhere to timelines and manage expectations with stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as e-commerce, sales, creative, and production. Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior, Lead, or Manager in marketing or creative projects within fashion or beauty industries. Proven experience in managing and leading teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Creative thinker and effective problem solver. Highly organized and able to perform well under pressure. Strong research and analytical skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify long-term opportunities and trends. Background in Skincare, Personal Care, or Fashion Industry is preferred. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
