Job Description Identify and research potential KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) that align with the brand’s values and target audience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and influencers. Coordinate and manage KOL campaigns, including scheduling, content creation, and performance tracking. Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing reports and strategic recommendations. Create engaging content for social media and other digital platforms in collaboration with KOLs. Track industry trends and competitor activities related to KOL marketing. Requirement Bachelor’s degree in any major. Minimum 1 year of experience as a KOL Specialist, preferably in the beauty industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of end-to-end KOL management and campaign execution.
