- Research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity - Plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships, and corporate social responsibility programs - Promote the company's existing brands and introduce new products to the market - Build brand awareness and increase brand value and profitability - Ensure that messaging and marketing activities align with brand and company values - Make key business decisions to ensure campaigns align with the company’s vision and direction - Measure and report on campaign performance, assessing KPIs and ROI - Ensure marketing and communications efforts adhere to timelines and manage expectations with various stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as e-commerce, sales, creative, production, and others - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior, Lead, or Manager in marketing or creative projects, preferably within fashion or beauty companies - Proven experience in managing and leading teams - Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners - A creative thinker and effective problem solver - Highly organized and able to perform well under pressure - Strong research and analytical skills - Strategic mindset with the ability to identify long-term opportunities and trends - Background in skincare, personal care, or fashion industry is highly preferred - Fluent in English, both spoken and written
