- Identify and research potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) that align with the brand - Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs - Coordinate and manage KOL campaigns, including scheduling, content creation, and performance tracking - Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns; provide reports and actionable recommendations - Collaborate with KOLs to create engaging content for social media and other digital platforms - Track industry trends and monitor competitor activities related to KOL marketing - Bachelor’s degree from any major - Minimum 1 year of experience as a KOL Specialist, preferably in the beauty industry - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong understanding of the end-to-end KOL process (from outreach to performance evaluation)
