Develop and execute short-term and long-term brand strategies to maximize retail sales.



Lead and manage the brand retail team to achieve retail sales goals.



Ensure brand performance aligns with the strategic direction and brand concept, and be accountable to management.



Coordinate and collaborate with the business development and merchandising departments in executing retail sales plans.



Work with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns (both offline and digital) from concept to evaluation.



Conduct regular 4P analysis, market research, and competitor analysis.



Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with retailers, both at the head office and store operational levels.



Responsible for supply each brand related with leadtimes production, MOQ & Production capacity & commitment Knowledge of QC standards and product specification

Qualifications:





Minimum 3 years of experience in branding or retail marketing, preferably in the fashion or consumer products industry.



Strong understanding of brand strategy and consumer behavior.



Excellent communication and presentation skills.



Creative, independent, and detail-oriented.



Ability to work in a team and manage projects with tight deadlines.



Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Business Management, or related field).
