- Conduct business and user requirement analysis.
- Investigate, evaluate and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend the preferred solution.
- Write Functional Specification Doc (FSD), design Database Schema, create flowchart, business process flow diagram, application's Ul mockup, design reports and testing scenario.
- Coordinate with business users and programmer team in software development project.
- Communicate with business users, explain the impact of any change and train them in the use of new applications.
- Test applications based on testing scenario.
