We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Business Growth Executives. In this role, you will help our partners maximize their potential, support their growth, and contribute to the company’s overall sales growth in a meaningful and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide partners to achieve business growth through coaching and practical advice.

• Build strong relationships with partners, helping them optimize inventory and drive repeat orders.

• Assist partners in overcoming challenges to improve their sales performance.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies that enhance partner success.

• Track partner progress and report insights to team leaders to continuously improve outcomes.

• Contribute to the overall growth of the company by helping partners succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Motivated, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic about driving results.

• Passionate about beauty, fashion, sales, and helping others grow.

• Comfortable working with targets and coaching partners toward success.

• Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
