Center Director Coordinator

Position Summary

The Center Director Coordinator (CD-Co) supports the leadership, performance, and operational success of up eight (8) English 1 centers within a franchise group. Unlike a Center Director, the CD-Co does not directly manage one center, but instead provides direction, coaching, and strategic support to Center Directors and center teams. The CD-Co partners with internal and regional teams to drive business growth, operational efficiency, customer service excellence, and staff development across all assigned centers. By promoting consistency in standards and sharing best practices, the CD-Co plays a key role in scaling success across their region or partner group.

Roles and Responsibilities

Supporting Center Growth=

• Guide Center Directors in setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Help develop and implement center, regional, or group-level marketing strategies to attract and retain students.

• Support Center Directors and sales teams in achieving enrollment, retention and revenue goals.

Enhancing Center Operations=

• Promote alignment with English 1 SOPs, legal requirements, and company policies.

• Identify operational challenges and collaborate with centers to implement solutions.

Developing Center Leadership=

• Provide coaching and mentorship to Center Directors to strengthen leadership skills.

• Support onboarding and ramp-up of new Center Directors.

• Identify professional development opportunities and encourage peer learning across centers.

Qualifications & Skills

Can be placed either in English 1 Manado/Makassar

Bachelor's degree (S1)

Minimum of 5 years of management experience

Strong coaching and team development skills.

Excellent communication skills in English

Solid understanding of center operations, customer experience, and performance management.

Organised, proactive, and analytical with a problem-solving mindset.

Comfortable working in a decentralize, multi-location environment.
