Qualifications: Required skills and experience: - At least five years' of relevant work experience in MNC, big 4 and/ or management consulting with exposure to Operational Role, Supply chain, Finance, and/ or Marketing; - Degree (Bachelor) or master in engineering/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Finance/ Business or other quantitative disciplines; Hands-on experience in modeling (Financial and Operational) and PowerPoint to showcase plan and reporting. Your personal profile: - Ability to work well under pressure, proactive, high energy, self-confident and entrepreneurial mindset; - Strong communication skills, influencing skills and a high level of comfort in a variety of cultural and business settings; - Comfortable coordinating and managing internal and external stakeholders under pressure, protective of sensitive information; - Genuinely passionate for Start-Up and high-growth environment.
