- Develop and execute channel sales strategies in alignment with overall company goals - Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with new and existing channel partners - Monitor channel performance and ensure targets are met through consistent engagement and support - Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize channel strategies and drive revenue growth - Provide partners with training, marketing materials, and sales support to enhance performance - Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners, providing feedback and action plans for improvement - Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within the channel landscape - Report regularly on channel performance, sales forecasts, and opportunities to senior management - 5 years + of experience in channel management, sales, or business development - Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage and nurture key partnerships - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through channel strategies - Solid understanding of sales analytics, market segmentation, and the ability to optimize channel strategies - Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Bahasa & English) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects
