- Develop and lead global social media strategy across all social media - Oversee daily execution of social content - ensuring tone, visuals, and timing are always on-brand and on-point - Analyze social media performance and use data to improve strategy and content mix - Guide regional social teams to ensure alignment with global content goals and campaign calendars - Lead the creation of short-form content, including visuals, memes, reels, and platform-specific formats - Partner with media, KOL, and community teams to amplify high-performing content - 3-6 years experience in social media, content strategy, or digital brand marketing - Hands-on experience with managing multi-platform content calendars and social execution - Excellent writing and storytelling skills, especially for social! - Comfortable with performance metrics, social insights, and turning data into action - Strong collaboration skills, you'll work with Creative, KOL, BD, and Community teams daily - Passion for gaming and youth culture is a big plus - Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
