Job Description

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.

• Executes the telemarketing program aligned to our messaging and strategies  

• Nurture and convert leads via text/calls  and via offline activities

• Recommends strategies or messaging in promoting the Horizon brand, in engaging/nurturing the leads depending on their responses and conversation  

• Generates regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reports to determine performance of agents and status of leads  

• During the lead conversion phase, performance will also be subject to monthly enrollment target

• Provide personalized career guidance to prospects.

• Educate prospects about our programs, campus culture, and enrollment process.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from prospects.

• Stay informed about university programs, policies, and industry trends.

• Lead the internship coach member and make sure the member did their job well

Qualifications:

• A bachelor degree in any major

• Persuasive and Excellent communication skills

• With experience in sales or Telemarketing work  

• Strong sales and customer service abilities

• Must be tech-savvy and proficient in Google Apps, Excel

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems

• Knowledge of educational programs and enrollment processes
