Corporate Account Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and ensuring the satisfaction of a portfolio of corporate clients in utilizing the company’s digital platform. This role focuses on driving engagement, providing product education, and building long-term relationships with clients through a consultative and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients, handling day-to-day needs, inquiries, and service escalations.

• Conduct training and education sessions for company administrators on account management, policy setup, and platform usage reporting.

• Facilitate employee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration process within the client’s organization.

• Initiate and manage product awareness and adoption programs to increase platform usage among clients and their employees.

• Perform data analysis to identify performance improvement areas and growth opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver regular performance evaluations (Business Reviews) to clients, providing insights and strategies to strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations (B2B) — preferably within a technology-driven or digital platform company.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.

• Capable of explaining digital products or systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.

• Highly customer-oriented, empathetic, and proactive in providing support.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Prior experience working with multinational corporate clients in Southeast Asia is a plus.
