Position Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present and promote products/services to customers in line with company standards.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify sales trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend meetings, exhibitions, or events to represent the company and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and CRM tools.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
