Job Description:

Supplies

• Review daily purchases and received supplies to ensure all items are properly recorded in the system to avoid stock imbalances.

Administration

• Input kitchen waste data, user storage requests, and waste vs. purchase data, and verify supplier invoices.

• Reconcile and balance inventory in the storage area at the end of each month.

People Management

• Perform duties in accordance with assigned roles and responsibilities.

• Engage in continuous learning and self-development.

• Maintain harmonious working relationships within the team.

• Uphold company values and culture in daily activities.

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.

• Ability to analyze and interpret cost reports to make data-driven decisions.

• Strong ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments.

• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with kitchen, purchasing, Warehouse, and finance teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Placement in Surabaya.
