Course Consultant

About the role as a Course Consultant at InterLearning Centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational offerings and guiding prospective students towards the courses that are the best fit for their goals and needs. This full-time contract position is based in Cileungsi, West Java, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of this dynamic educational institution.

What you'll be doing:

• Establish strong trust and rapport with customers, nurture long-term relationships, and generate referrals

• Engage customers to understand their needs and interests, and design appropriate study plans during consultations

• Effectively present and recommend programs that best match customer goals

• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets

• Actively participate in marketing and sales initiatives outside the centre

• Carry out administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the company when required

• Passionate about working with children and supporting their growth and development

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Owns a personal vehicle with a valid driving license

• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets

• Proven sales skills, including effective pitching and deal closing

• Results-driven and performance-focused

• Positive, proactive attitude with high emotional intelligence and enthusiasm

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
