About the Role UMAI Group is seeking a Creative Content & AI Visual Editor who can plan, create, and enhance product photos, thumbnails, and creative visual assets for our brands. You will play a key role in improving our brand image, click-through rate (CTR), and online sales performance through engaging visuals optimized for delivery and e-commerce platforms.

We’re looking for someone with both design creativity and technical hands-on skills — someone who can shoot real photos and enhance them using AI tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or Midjourney. ⸻

Responsibilities

• Shooting: Food/menu, ingredients, prep, and on-site ops (studio & location). Build shot lists, set up lighting, source props/tableware.

• Retouch & Design: Menu photos, ad banners, thumbnails, headers, LP images, in-store POP, review cards, etc. • Video: Produce 10–15s vertical clips for Reels/TikTok (shoot → edit).

• Platform Assets: Prepare/replace creatives to spec for Grab, GoFood, and ShopeeFood.

• Optimization: Run A/B tests, track CTR/CVR, and scale winning creatives across brands/outlets.

• Note: Includes shooting Japanese dishes with non-halal (pork). ⸻

Qualifications

• Portfolio required (food/product photography; banner/thumbnail design).

• Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Lightroom (required); Premiere or CapCut (preferred).

• Food photography with studio lighting (continuous/strobe) or natural light.

• Solid grasp of composition, white balance, and color management.

• Deadline-driven and comfortable improving work based on CTR/CVR metrics. ⸻

• F&B / e-commerce / delivery photography & platform submission experience.

• After Effects / motion graphics.

• Own camera body (Sony/Canon/Nikon) and lenses.

• Bahasa Indonesia / English for internal communication.

• Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 09:00–18:00
