PT Inti Citra Agung (Optik Melawai) is looking for a Customer Relationship Staff to support customer data management and administrative processes related to Melawai members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Melawai member data.

• Update and verify customer/member information regularly.

• Input and manage customer data accurately in the system.

• Perform administrative tasks related to customer records.

• Support internal teams with customer and member data as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduated are welcome to apply)

• Experience in administrative or customer data roles is preferred.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Able to work with data entry and basic reporting.

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

• Good communication skills.
