Kualifikasi :

• Female / Male

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree management or a similar field preferred.

• 20-35 years old

• Experienced in forwarding (CS Export dan pricing) min. 1 year.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English

• Able to communicate well

• Capable of using a computer, especially Excel/Word for filing and reporting Initiative

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Customs Modul Manifest and Logistics System

• Detail

• Quick and efficient

• Well-groomed/Has an attractive appearance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving.

• Willing to work after office hour

• Good knowledge of international and domestic shipping procedure & communication skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English

• Able to act fast on every situation

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Help manage current customer accounts.

• Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.

• Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.

• Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.

• Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.

• Handle EXIM & Pricing work.

• Other related tasks as assigned.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
