We are seeking a motivated and proactive CS Intern to join our dynamic CS team. The CS Intern will be responsible for customer handling, understanding and meeting customer needs. The ideal candidate will have customer-oriented mindset, problem solving and attention to detail.
Description: - Conducting retention processes for all Kitalulus premium clients - Ensuring client needs are met - Scheduling and conducting Business Review sessions with clients - Coordinating with relevant stakeholders - Performing daily reporting
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree - Proven internship experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus - Empathetic listener with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with different departments - Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
