Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities: Assist the Centre Manager in managing daily operations of the centre Coordinate with teachers and the team to ensure smooth daily operations Manage students' schedules to ensure classes run according to the timetable Handle student registrations, enrollments, and other administrative tasks Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents, both online and offline Provide clear information about programs, schedules, and learning pathways Support promotional activities, events, or programs in the centre Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major (previous experience in customer service, administration, or education industry is a plus) Friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and sales-oriented personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team Good administrative and organizational abilities Able to manage schedules and handle multiple tasks efficiently Basic to intermediate English communication skills (spoken and written) Proficient in basic computer applications; knowledge of social media, design, or editing is a plus (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Instagram, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
