Job Requirements





Minimum bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics



Minimum 3 years in the same position (data analysis, business intelligence/growth strategy, preferably in the healthcare, e-commerce/technology industries)



Experience working with sales, marketing, or product teams to provide data-driven insights to increase revenue and operational efficiency



Proficiency in Ms. Office, Tableau, Google Data Studio, SQL, & Python



Understanding of forecasting techniques, predictive modeling, and segmentation analysis

Job Descriptions





Responsible for presenting valid and easy-to-understand data to the entire team, including non-technical stakeholders.



Responsible for conducting data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations to support the Growth Team's performance.



Collaborate with the entire Growth Team to develop effective Sales Planning (sales targets and sales forecasts)



Identify and analyze inefficiencies in business processes



Innovate/automate/improve tools/work systems to support work efficiency
