Design Engineer (R&D)

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct trend research, market analysis, and consumer insights to inform design decisions and ensure relevance in the streetwear market.

• Create mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, and tech packs for production teams and manufacturers

• Work closely with material sourcing and production teams to select fabrics, trims, and finishes appropriate for streetwear designs.

• Ensure consistency in design language, branding, and quality across all product lines

• Monitor the development process to meet design intent, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as a fashion or product designer, preferably in streetwear or youth-oriented fashion.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, particularly in apparel and accessories.

• Good understanding of garment construction, textile properties, and fashion production processes

• Deep passion for streetwear, urban culture, and emerging fashion trends

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs
