Contact potential customers to promote services.



Ask relevant questions to understand customer’s needs



Explain benefits, and pricing to customers



Meet or exceed monthly sales targets



Address customer inquiries, offer tailored solutions, and resolve concerns to maintain the company’s reputation



Educate customers about products through outbound calls, highlighting pricing, benefits, and unique selling points.



Foster strong customer relationships to drive loyalty



REQUIREMENTS :





Fresh graduates are welcome



Speak English fluently



Minimum 1 year of experience in Telemarketing or a similar role is a plus.



Excellent interpersonal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.



Willing to work from office Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (US time)
