- A diploma or degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology - Candidates with 3 years of helpdesk support experience will be preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant skillsets may also be considered - Basic operating knowledge on Windows Server Operating System will be added advantage - Strong customer service skills with a knack for problem solving. - An aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge - Ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignments - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Basic understanding of Windows 10 OS, Active Directory, Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive), file and print infrastructure - Working knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and iOS and Android devices - Be a team player, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members - Proficient in spoken & written English
