Finance Accounting Associate

Job Description :

Ensure day-to-day accounting policies and standards.

Prepare and Analyze Financial Statement (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Equity)

Review General Ledger Account including journal entry, amortization schedule, depreciation schedule, Listing AR/AP, and etc.

Verify PO documents, bills of lading, and invoices before payment.

Receive sales reports and generate invoices for consignment, resellers, distributors, etc.

Submit tax invoice requests.

Perform Stock Opname and recalculation of inventory.

Qualifications :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Preferably at least 1 year of experience in finance AR/AP and Accounting.

Strong understanding of tax regulations, accounting, and financial theories.

Skilled in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate Online) and Microsoft Excel.

Experienced in managing large amounts of data, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or beauty brands.

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.
