Finance Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the full cycle of finance and accounting activities, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Bank Reconciliation.

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, including adjustments and reconciliations.

• Monitor cash flow, bank statements, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support business decisions and conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and financial performance reports.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of tax reports.

• Oversee internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and safeguard company assets.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors for financial audits.

• Maintain and update finance and accounting policies and procedures, and continuously improve finance and accounting processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end accounting processes.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in English is a must
