Finance Reconciliation Manager

- Bachelor Degree in Economy or Accounting - (Preferably) Experience in Payment Gateway, of Financial Institution industry (not mandatory as long as the concept and logic is running well) - Fluent in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMIFS, and other relevant formula) - Knowledge in numbers, reconciliation, number comparison, Detailed oriented - Review team member's reconciliation for Payment Gateway transaction between Company's data and Partner's data - Review settlement report to third parties - Review Bank reconciliation - Due to Payment Gateway Industry nature, this process might include Weekend and Holiday settlement (with estimated 1-2 working hours per day during this period, shift-exchange with other team members, compensated by paid leave) - Review Operational Payment (vendor payment, expense reimbursement, etc), including relevant WHT incurred - Liquidity and Cash Management (cash allocation across banks, maintain cash availability and stability)
