Franchise Lead

Job Desc: - Seek out prospective new franchise owners - Negotiation, completing the contract with the new franchise owners - Developing and supervising the new and existing franchise operations - Responsible for sharing and collecting the requiredblist of documents for on-boarding of a new franchise - Responsible for holding company's franchise events, promotion and exhibitions & brand building activities - Report and tracking of sales prospects Qualifications: - Male/Female, maximum 30 years old - Bachelor in Business Management/ Marketing/ Public Relations or equivalent - Minimum experience in franchise business with 1-2 years in food and beverage industry - Fast response, high initiative and strong communication - Positive attitude and highly driven - Placement: Jakarta
