Haquhara is a beauty company who provides products that embody professionalism and innovation for all Makeup Artist and Beauty Enthusiast. We are currently looking for General Affairs to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily office operations by handling office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Keeping the office in good shape by arranging maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Arranging travel logistics for employees on business trip.
- Ensuring security protocols and safety measures to protect employees, visitors, and company assets.
- Organizing company events and meetings.
- Maintaining and organizing company records, documents, and files.
- Assisting to manage expenses related to office operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimum 1 year working in a similar position (General Affairs, Office Administration)
- Have the capability to GA Administration
- An initiative, attention to details, responsive and responsible person
- Able to operate Ms Office and Google Suites
- Able to work on-site (Head Office: Bandung)
