Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, and distribution of goods).

• Ensure stock accuracy and smooth product distribution to stores/branches.

• Supervise and conduct periodic stock opname/inventory audits.

• Manage warehouse layout to ensure efficiency and safety compliance.

• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff.

• Prepare regular inventory and warehouse performance reports.

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Store Operations teams.
  

  Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering).

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor/Head in retail or distribution company.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, assertive, and target-driven.

• Willing to work in shifts if required.
