Requirement : - Minimum S1 Psychology, HR Management, Business Management, or related fields. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience as HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Strategist, preferably in the service industry (hospitality, travel, aviation, tourism). - Understand the operational flow of tour & travel business (reservation, tour operation, fleet management, customer service). - Accustomed to creating workforce management strategies for dynamic and service-based businesses. - Mastering Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Performance Management strategies. - High business acumen and able to read tourism market trends. - Strong in building cross-functional relationships (sales, operations, driver/crew, admin). - Accustomed to managing retention programs for high season/low season workforce. - Able to operate HRIS and data-based HR analytics. Responsibilities : - Analyze talent needs based on holiday seasons, traveler trends, and market movements; advise leadership on staffing, training, and HR-driven operational strategies. - Design flexible workforce plans (full-time, part-time, freelance, seasonal) and develop retention strategies for drivers, tour leaders, and frontliners during peak seasons. - Set KPIs for frontliners and back-office staff, and align individual performance with company revenue targets. - Create fast-track programs for future tour operation leaders and tour consultants, and enhance customer service skills across frontline teams. - Foster a service excellence and hospitality-driven work culture, and manage creative engagement programs for mobile operational and sales teams. - Process turnover, training effectiveness, productivity, and engagement data to deliver strategic insights and recommendations to top management. - Lead organizational restructuring projects in response to new tour routes, fleet expansion, or new destination developments.
