Responsibilities





Support end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.



Handle HR administration including employee contracts, attendance, leave, overtime, payroll support, BPJS/insurance, and HRIS system updates.



Maintain HR documentation and prepare accurate reports for management.



Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing policies, concerns, and internal communication.



Ensure compliance with company policies, KPI, SOPs, and Indonesian labor regulations.



Support employee engagement programs, internal company events, and staff development initiatives.



Provide HR insights and recommendations to align people management strategies with business goals.



Requirements





Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.



Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and generalist functions.



Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, HR administration, and labor law.



Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, etc.); familiarity with HRIS such as Talenta is a plus.



Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.



Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.



Comfortable working in a hybrid work arrangement (both remote and on-site).



Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
