HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.

• Handle HR administration including employee contracts, attendance, leave, overtime, payroll support, BPJS/insurance, and HRIS system updates.

• Maintain HR documentation and prepare accurate reports for management.

• Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing policies, concerns, and internal communication.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, KPI, SOPs, and Indonesian labor regulations.

• Support employee engagement programs, internal company events, and staff development initiatives.

• Provide HR insights and recommendations to align people management strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and generalist functions.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, HR administration, and labor law.

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, etc.); familiarity with HRIS such as Talenta is a plus.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid work arrangement (both remote and on-site).

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
