We’re looking for an HR Generalist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us. In a lean, fast-paced team, you’ll wear multiple hats—handling people operations from hiring to culture-building, and making sure the basics run smoothly while the team runs forward. This is not a corporate HR job. It’s a startup role, where systems are still being built, and your ideas are welcome—if not necessary.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

• Handle daily HR administration: attendance, leave, employee records, and contracts

• Coordinate employee development: training, feedback cycles, and performance reviews

• Lead and support employee engagement initiatives: bonding activities, internal events, and feedback channels

• Manage and track company assets, including:

• Personal use (laptops, uniforms, ID cards)

• Shared infrastructure (office equipment, tools, and supplies)

• Facility-related matters (workspace maintenance, assist with minor building repairs, coordinate with handyman/technicians)

• Support implementation and nurturing of company culture and values

• Act as a communication bridge between team and management

• Maintain clear and compliant HR documentation systems and SOPs

• Occasionally assist with industrial relations or policy improvements

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

• Have 2+ years experience in an HR Generalist role

• Thrive in small companies (30–50 people range) — not too big, not too micro

• Are aged 25–35: mature enough for ownership, close enough in age to our team

• Know how to balance structure and speed

• Are comfortable with Gen Z team dynamics and fast feedback loops

• Like being hands-on, not just making slides or reports

• Want to grow your HR career in a performance-driven, non-corporate environment
