Deskripsi Pekerjaan

HR Manager (Job Code: KLI-22)

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and SOPs in compliance with Indonesian labour law

  • Implement new SOPs when required to improve operational efficiency and governance

  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts professionally

  • Manage Expatriate documentation and lifecycle, including RPTKA, VITAS/KITAS, and mandatory reporting to Manpower and Immigration authorities.

  • Manage complex payroll components including expatriate tax (PPh 21/26), housing allowances, and international benefits.

  • Support implementation of Collective Labour Agreements (CLA)

  • Represent company in bipartite discussions

  • Prevent and manage potential industrial disputes

  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and union agreements

  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian manpower regulations (BPJS, PKWT/PKWTT, THR, Wajib Lapor, etc.)

  • Integrate HR disciplinary procedures with the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and "Just Culture" principles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Law, Psychology or related field

  • Minimum 7–10 years HR experience with managerial responsibility

  • Experience managing labour unions and industrial relations

  • Proven experience in Expatriate Management (Legal & Cultural) is highly preferred.

  • Experience developing salary structure, payscale or pay matrix

  • Experience reviewing or implementing HRIS systems

  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labour regulations

  • Experience overseeing General Affairs function is preferred

  • High discipline and structured working approach

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Team player with collaborative mindset

  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
