We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and act as a strategic partner to management.



Qualifications:





Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields



At least 5–7 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/lead role



Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Industrial Relations



Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills



Proven track record in managing HR teams and developing HR policies



Familiar with HRIS and digital HR tools is a plus



Key Responsibilities:





Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals



Lead HR functions: Recruitment, Training & Development, C&B, Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement



Build a positive workplace culture and improve employee retention



Act as a strategic partner to management in all HR-related decisions



Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies
