About the role

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Site Representative to join our team at PT. Elabram Systems' in East Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing key HR support and services to our valued employees, ensuring they have a positive and rewarding experience. This position required you to frequently mobile to our client's site (East Java)

What you'll be doing:

• Serve as the primary HR liaison and point of contact for our external employees

• Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding

• Payroll Process (attendance management, timesheet, calculations, payslip release, etc)

• HR Administration (Working Contract issuance for new hire, extension, exit clearance)

• Industrial Relations Process (disciplinary action – warning letter issuance- termination etc)

• Personnel Administration (MCU, PPE, Crewing / Business Trip/ Traveling arrangement, Turn over, Absentee, etc)

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process

• Training Process (Organizing, Renewal, administration etc)

• Development Process (Performance Evaluation, Employee Rotation - Promotion / Demotion / Placement etc)

What we're looking:

• 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within an outsourcing company or professional services environment

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment legislation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels

• Proactive, employee-focused, and solution-oriented approach

• Proficient in HR-related software and systems

• English and local language will be advantageous

• Willing to frequently take business trip to client's site on East Indonesia
